The centrifugal chiller (DLC series) is a refrigeration equipment that employs centrifugal compressors, operating based on the principles of the reverse Carnot cycle. It is widely used in industrial production processes such as electronics, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals, where cooling of the production environment or process equipment is required. The centrifugal chiller is capable of providing stable low-temperature chilled water, ensuring the smooth progress of production processes. Its greatest advantages lie in its high refrigerating capacity, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness!
The centrifugal compressor is a two-stage compression.The main shaft of high-strength alloy,closed impeller of high-strength aluminum alloy material and high-precision precision gear are used inside.The bearing adopts high-strength ball/roller bearing non-flat bearing,so it is not afraid of sudden stop of the compressor.The start-up interval can be shortened to 10 minutes,and the bearing life can reach 80000 hours.Compared with the single-stage refrigeration cycle system,the cycle efficiency is improved by 5-6%.
The condenser is divided into upper and lower parts,and a guide plate is arranged in the middle to guide the liquid refrigerant to the edge of the shel,which can greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency of the lower half-layer copper tube,and integrate the supercooling design to improve the heat exchange efficiency while further improving The degree of subcooling of the liquid supply ensures the stable performance of the whole machine.
The refrigerant entering the evaporator is sprayed downward from the top of the heat exchange tube array.The refrigerant liquid covers the surface of the heat exchange tube,enhances the gas nucleus formation speed,improves the heat exchange efficiency by 10%,and reduces the refrigerant charge by 30%.
The evaporator only has a small amount of liquid refrigerant at the bottom,so the refrigerant iling capacity of the unit is low, which meets the requirements of environmental protection.
After a large amount of refrigerant evaporates,the lubricating oil is concentrated at the bottom of the evaporator,and the oil return pump can smoothly extract the oil and return to the compressor oil tank.
The unit is equipped with an advanced microcomputer controller,which has a computing speed of only 0.25ms to execute the 1K Words program to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
